RestorationAI Privacy Policy 1. Information We Collect. We collect account information (name, email, company), claim and customer data you enter, uploaded documents and photos, communications routed through the platform, and technical telemetry (IP address, user agent, timestamps). 2. How We Use Information. We use information to provide the platform, generate estimates and reports, deliver email notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. 3. Sharing. We share data with subprocessors that help us deliver the service (cloud hosting, transactional email, AI inference, payment processing, error monitoring). We do not sell personal information. 4. AI Processing. Document text, images, and free-form fields you submit may be processed by third-party large-language-model providers under contract. AI outputs are draft-only and require human confirmation. 5. Retention. We retain claim, estimate, and communication records for the life of the account and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a shorter retention is required by law or you request deletion. 6. Security. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. 7. Your Rights. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information.
