Basic Roof Only — Xactimate

Turnaround: Typically within 24 hours (on business days).
What’s included
- One basic residential roof-only Xactimate estimate
- One structure
- A PDF copy of the completed Xactimate estimate
- Only the roof components, quantities, and other information selected or entered on the submission form
- One correction at no charge if RestorationAI made an entry error
What’s not included
- An ESX file
- Job or damage photos
- A photo report or other supporting documentation
- Damage documentation
- Code research or a building-code report
- Manufacturer documentation
- Comparison against the carrier’s estimate
- Supplement narratives or supporting arguments
- Coverage arguments
- Searching through uploaded documents or photographs for missing scope items
- Items that were not included in the original submission
- Commercial, multifamily, or unusually complex roofing projects unless separately approved and priced
Full Estimate Pricing
Our team completes a full review of your photos and scope of loss, then produces annotated pictures that call out important and missing items. This helps you get paid properly and faster. The prices below apply to all Full Estimate requests.
