Choose the level of review your job needs

Start with a focused roof-only estimate when the scope is clear, or choose a Full Estimate when the whole loss needs a closer look.

Deeper job review

Full Estimate

Best when the loss includes more detail, multiple trades, or a carrier scope that needs to be reviewed alongside the job information.

Expected inputs
Measurements, photos, insurance scope, XML or ESX when available, and additional project notes.
Review depth
Detailed review of the photos, scope, and supplied information for a complete estimate.
Turnaround guidance
Typically 1–3 business days, depending on scope and completeness.

Our Approach

Write for every legitimate item

We document every cost where it is genuinely incurred — no fluff, no gouging. Clean, defensible estimates hold up better in adjuster discussions.

Xactimate & Cotality

Fluent in both platforms. When Cotality estimates are written properly, they yield results comparable to Xactimate — we know how to maximize both.

Includes Restoration AI Report

Every estimate comes with a Restoration AI Report and Cheat Sheets — prepared as if your own team had written it.

What We Need From You

The more complete your submission, the faster and more accurate your estimate. Have the following ready when you submit:

Measurement Report
  • A quality roof and/or walls measurement report (EagleView, Hover, etc.) — required for siding and exterior painting
  • Interior room dimensions if applicable (length × width × height)
Photos
  • CompanyCam collaboration link (preferred) — if you don't use CompanyCam, we can provide a link for you to upload to
  • Minimum 4 elevation photos plus rooftop photos
  • More detailed elevation photos for siding or exterior painting projects
  • If photos don't clearly show roof vents and penetrations, include a scope sheet listing the counts
Insurance Paperwork
  • A copy of the insurance estimate or scope of loss (preferred)
  • If not available, the insurance company name and claim number
  • XML or ESX files whenever possible
  • Any additional notes or information we need to create a complete, detailed estimate
First-Job Company Info

Your estimate is written as if you wrote it. With your first job, provide:

  • Company name and contact info
  • Company logo in .jpg format
  • Project manager's contact information
Basic Roof Only: Typically within 24 hours (on business days).
Full Estimate: 1–3 business days.
Emergency expedited service is available for a modest additional fee — see Rush Order in pricing.
